Details:
If for some reason you get stuck on something, or you can't get a hold of support or Path Solutions and you don't know what to do or can't find documentation to view, look no further. In Path Insight 10 and possibly PI 9, there's a way to pull up a full document on Path Insight ranging from configurations, installs, etc. Only thing it doesn't show is how to add Path Insight into Prognosis.
Solution Summary:
1. From any tab in Path Insight, in the lower right corner of the Path Insight page, you'll see the word "Documentation" underlined.
2. All you do is click it or right click and open in new tab so you can bounce back and forth from the help doc to the Path Insight live page.
3. Very helpful to reivew if needing to setup certain configurations, installs, what certain files do in the Path Insight if Support is not available due to non-business hours, etc.
4. A lot of questions can be answered here and this is the recommended step before contacting support
