How to display host names in stead of IP addresses in Voice Streams (for Avaya CM)

We would like to change IP addresses to hostnames under Voice Streams page. Many of our known SBCs and Voice Routers are showig IP addresses. I kind of forgot the hostname file where I can change this.

Could you please log a support case so that we can get more details of it and understand it better? Please attach a screenshot of the dashboard that you would like to show hostname vs IP address. There might need to be some customization on the dashboard or through other approach.

Hi David, hi Sukhpreet,

we had the same request for our Avaya SBC and there is a small file on the Prognosis server which contains the corresponding names to the IP-Adresses. The file ucsysconfig.csv has to be filled in a defined manner.
The file can be found at  ..\Prognosis\Server\Configuration.
