How to Acknowledge SNMP Traps over Web Interface

Hi all

I Run Prognosis 11.8 and I use the SNMP TRAPS feauture to receive SNMP TRAP messages.

I have deployed the SNMP TRAP central display to the Web and can drill down to all other already predepoyed SNMP TRAP displays.

On the "SNMP Traps In - by Severity" display in the Windows client I have the option to acknowledge these Traps.

But this is not available in the Web view. Also not after deploying this display again.

How can I acknowledge the OPEN Traps on the Web?

The Ack function is not seen on the webui for this snmptrap display. This is expected behaviour – see the online help:

It is only available in the Windows client only.  Not sure if it will be added to Web interface any time soon but that is not supported in WEb interface.
