Grouping Avaya stations to diagnosis VLAN issues

Is there a way to group Avaya stations by VLAN to see network events that impact call quality?

Re: Grouping Avaya stations to diagnosis VLAN issues

Hi, Yes. If I understand your question correctly, it would be a Prognosis record of Avaya call leg data include endpoint IP addresses. It turns out there are a few Avaya records like this (link to one below). One thing to try would be a record like AvayaCallLeg with a where clause to select data for a single VLAN by filtering on the leading part of the IP address something like "LOCIPA matches regex "^10.10.10""

More about this record...
