Gateways- H323 GW is in production,but no info regarding channel util., Nbr. of Interfaces or CPU usage in GUI disply

Hi all,
we have issue with displaying of H323GW data in Prognosis GUI ,where our H323 GWs are running fine, but we see no info values regarding the "channel util., Nbr. of Interfaces or CPU" usage in GUI Gateway display, and we also see no data in our monthly report, although we see report data in integrated reporting display (e.g. PSTN lines usage)
Any idea?

Hi Martin,

thanks for the post. Can you confirm

- that these gateways ar contactable via snmp?
You can run the snmpwalk.exe in the \Prognosis\Server directory on the monitoring node e.g.\Prognosis\Server>snmpwalk.exe 192.168.2.1 -c public

- if Prognosis does know the right community for that gatewy?
By default it tries to use the one that is configured for the CUCM but if it is different you need to insert this within the configuration

Hi Stefan,
comunity string is correct, and I noticed we see calls active and CPU usage values in ALL GATEWAYS GUI display (but very sporadically) exept the column "Nbr of Interfaces"(NOINT) this is always with zero value.
Regarding snmpwalk : this seemed not working
I allways get this :

Hi Martin,

that means you do not get something back from these devices. Please check routing/firewalls here first if the SNMP request are going through.
