Attempting to troubleshoot a CUCM issues with TAC and they have inquired at what frequency Prognosis accesses the cluster using the supplied admin Web interface credentials to query for information so they can see if there is any coorelation in the timing.
Looking for information on how often this access by the Prognosis user is performed ...
1) Is this performed a set frequency similar to SNMP polling
2) Does this run as scheduled job a certain times over course of day or night
3) Does it occur on demand when a user calls for information via the hard or web client?
Realize this may be a complex question due to the open of information collected from the Call Manager cluster by Prognosis SOAP AXL queries, etc,. but hoping to gain some insight on frequency and timing.
The CUCM Web interface credentials are used very often for SOAP AXL queries, similar to the SNMP queries.
Several queries are scheduled by default to run 4am-4:45am each day.
For other SOAP AXL queries, differing intervals are used. Some of the timers used are 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 5 minutes...
