Extracting Prognosis Help Center as PDF

Is there a way to extract the Prognosis Help Center PDF(fond within the client) so I can have an offlline copy?

Did you specifically want a pdf or just ability to use it w/out internet. You can go to Help > Help Source > Use Local Help in GUI as an offline option.

Hi Jonathan,

unfortunately there is no method in which to extract the details in PDF however we can provide PDF copies of most documentation if needed. We generally defer to the the online resources as the PDF files are released per version and are not dynamically updated/corrected to mirror the online content.

Is there a specific guide you need in PDF or are you looking for all of the online help contents in PDF?

Is there a specific vendor you would like information for? These are broken into several PDF's based on vendor (Cisco, Avaya, etc).

Hello Jonathan;

If it's something simple and you are creating a guide, you can always "Print to PDF" from your Browser, for example, how to install the thick client from the help screen can be printed via PDF. This might help if you are looking to get something done quickly. - Chuck

I'm assuming that you only need the Avaya Aura CM documentation. I'll email a copy of the document as they're too large to add to the forum as an attachment (file limit is 4Mb).
