When trying to update CRA systems on the Web UI and then saving, a customer will get an error:
"Unable to check process status of irCRA: Win32:LE(0.1702) error 0x80041003 after character 0 in "winmgmts:{impersonationLevel=impersonate}!//./root/cimv2"
The workaround has been to:
1. Add the WMI user to the local administrators group on the CRA monitoring server
2. Log on to the WebUI using the WMI user account and make any needed changes. Changes should save without error after that.
