We had an LDAP sync issue between our CUCM clusters and AD. After that is resolved, the prognosis webpage started to throw an error and keeps crashing in various browsers. I even restarted the prognosis service in all the nodes and this doesn't solve the problem.
The complete error is :
Prognosis has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator with a screenshot and URL.
Error : : The node for specified OwlId (PrognosisStatus) is not found. Please refresh your browser.
This appears when the web page loads and within a minute it crashes the page as well.

"Error 41 : The node for specified OwlId (PrognosisStatus) is not found" is an uncommon error.
A reinstall of Prognosis on the Managing Node may be required. If a reinstall is needed, then any customizations (Extended Solutions, Key Displays and Mashups) would need to be redeployed on the Managing Node after the reinstall is complete.
Opening a case for Support to review the error is best next step. Include a fresh irfax from the Managing Node and screen capture(s) of any error(s) seen.
