Thank you for your information. While in the email tab, please advise what is the usage and purpose of incoming pop server. As for outgoing server, it make use of Exchange relay function to send message and exchange mailbox is not required, so how about the pop server.
Thanks
Hello PL,
The POP email function in the Email tab of DISPMAN is used only for incoming (receiving) emails in to Prognosis. The POP email server section is not used to send emails.
The "email relay" function in Exchange is the process used by Prognosis to send emails. This is on the top half of the Email tab of DISPMAN and is the one needed for Prognosis to send email alerts.
Thank you,
Scott Baldwin
