ERROR 158 PROGNOSIS WEB

Hallo team,

i've been deploy reporting display to web. the error show up:

ERROR [158]:UNKNOWN USER/GROUP ID

the GUI display is works well but  not in WEB .

how can i fix this  ?

Hi @Masugi,

I think we'll to collect some additional information to investigate and it might be best to provide this via a support case so we can investigate further.

If possible, please include the following information as this will help the engineer who takes ownership of the case carry out their initial analysis:

1) An irfax from the system you're connecting to.

2) A screen shot of the error you're receiving and the steps you're performing leading up to the error.

3) A copy of the display document/report you've published to the WebUI.

It looks like @GeraldC1 has taken owneship and is currently investigating this issue. He should be able to provide further guidance once he's had an opportunity to look through the informtation you've provided and perform some initial testing to see if he's able to reproduce the problem and identify the source of the error.
