For on-premise Prognosis

The Software > Product Guides (online help) here in Community.ir.com should take you there after signed in.

For UCA, Cloud UC and Path Insight

after sign-in (into https://uca.prognosis.com or https://uc.prognosis.com ) click the (?) icon.

for Path Insight v8: http://pathinsight.ir.com/docs/IRPathInsight8.pdf

 

For on-premise Prognosis - there are other ways to access Online Help

Here is a short video on how to access online help from the Prognosis Client and Prognosis Web UI and from Community.

 

Steps in the video

Prognosis Client

select Help > Use Local Help

then select Help > Contents to open the local copy of Online Help. This 

*Local help is faster as it is just reading off files on the hard drive and it does not require an internet connection. It is generally up to date enough for most topics. But it can always be switched back to the online Help to check for newer updated information.
