Display volume of incoming and outgoing calls of each location

Hi,

One of our customers would like to see reports of the volume of incoming and outgoing calls of each of its location.

Since the origin location and category of each call is available in the CMCALL record, I figured I could achieve the requirement by filtering/combining data in that record.

I wonder if there's a better way to find the information. I know the CMCALLSA record contains information about calls per location (when using "Location" as the associate name) but it doesn't contain information about the call direction.

Hi, Nice idea.

Combines used in a display of CMCALL can provide a graph or table of counts of rows that match each combine where clause. The graph would be of the .CombineRowCount field (a hidden field - click the glasses icon to see it), and then the legend could be the .CombineGroupLabel or use the special fields ".FieldNameLong   .FieldValue".
