I need to get a display and database to contain all of the trunks on the Avaya PBX in a single view. I can get this data, 1 trunk at a time. But, more is requested. I need to see each trunk listed in a single report and it's peak usage by hour.

All trunks for a specific Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) can be viewed by drilling down on the ACM, then drilling down on Trunks. This will show a summary of the trunks and if they are Up, Degraded or Down, but not the peak usage.
A Custom Solution Display/Dashboard will need to be created to show each trunk in the ACM and its peak usage. A request for for the requested data in a single Display/Dashboard should be directed to the Account Manager.
