Device Type is showing as UBE and SR in SBC configuration

Hello Team,

 

Can anyone please help me to understand why some devices are showing  Device Type as UBE and SR in cube configuration.

Hi Venkatesh,

 

Thank you for the query.

 

Prognosis gets the Type information from snmp query on the SBC. ie the CiscoIfTable. You could run a snmpwalk against the servers and validate the type data: OID ifType. If you need assistance on this please log a support case so our team can send the details.

Could you please provide the SNMP query or snmpwalk command to gets the Type information in CUBE/SBC.

Hi Venkatesh,

 

The analysis of the snmpwalk output will take some time, could you please log a support case so that our support engineer can guide through the snmpwalk process, and then analysze the output file and track the issue. Please attach irfax and screenshot of the problem to the case.
