Dashboard stopped updating? try click Home and login to see if it is a quick fix if you're getting error  Access Denied
Web UI Dashboard panes freeze, time axis found to be frozen at time in the past, stuck and not displaying for current time and stopped updating, and display a red icon (!) with pop-up error … Error  Access Denied
Exact error in the (!) red icon (hover the mouse over the icon to get the error message pop-up): "Prognosis has encountered an error but will keep trying to bring you information. Please contact your system administrator with a screen shot and url. Error : Access denied."
Try this: Click Home, it should present the login prompt, login and then it should prove as a quick fix if the dashboard starts updating again.
What's happening: The Prognosis process irpqlsrv stores login tokens in memory. If the token expired or if this process restarted then it loses / expires those tokens. This error may occur some time after a restart after some hours or up to a few days and it will stop updates to the dashboard with this error.
