Dashboard stopped updating? try click Home and login to see if it is a quick fix if you're getting error [146] Access Denied

Web UI Dashboard panes freeze, time axis found to be frozen at time in the past, stuck and not displaying for current time and stopped updating, and display a red icon (!) with pop-up error … Error [146] Access Denied

Exact error in the (!) red icon (hover the mouse over the icon to get the error message pop-up):
"Prognosis has encountered an error but will keep trying to bring you information. Please contact your system administrator with a screen shot and url.
Error [146]: Access denied."


Try this:
Click Home, it should present the login prompt, login and then it should prove as a quick fix if the dashboard starts updating again.

What's happening:
The Prognosis process irpqlsrv stores login tokens in memory. If the token expired or if this process restarted then it loses / expires those tokens. This error may occur some time after a restart after some hours or up to a few days and it will stop updates to the dashboard with this error.

Make sure to submit a help request case to IR Support if you need further assistance.
