Is this data set derived from SAT or from the MG ityself(show voip xx)?

If from the MG, could it not be included to show voip engine status perhaps and any faulted DSP daughter boards?

Hello Johnathan,

DSP information (including gateway information) for Avaya Communication Manager is gathered via the SAT connection. The commands Prognosis uses start with 'list measurements ip dsp-resource...'. The gateways are NOT contacted directly by Prognosis via Command Line Interface.

The 'show voip xx' command could potentially be added to a Custom Solution. This type of solution would need to be created and then deployed in the environment. The Account Manager will have additional details about creating a Custom Solution.
