For Call Recording Assurance CRA issues, there is a specific diagnostics to capture configuration and logging information. To generate an CRAFacts:
1. Run the irCRAFacts.exe file from the "\Prognosis\Server\x64\irCRAFActs.exe" from the CRA monitoring server.
2. The diagnostics files will be put in the following location: \Prognosis\Server\Configuration\CraFacts
Zip the CRAFacts folder and send to support or upload to a case if a case is opened on your issue.
