When configuring Sonus SBC to use the RADIUS Server for CDR Accounting, in newer relase of Sonus SBC, there is a "Max No Response Time" field in the SBC Management Console configuration page. The default value is 2000 ms, it can be increased up to 10000 ms.
Prognosis recommends to increase this value to 5000 (or the max value 10000 ms) in order to give more wait time for the SBC collector. More details at https://support.sonus.net/display/SBXDOC51/Radius+-+Accounting+Admin
