Cisco UCCX cluster shows not contactable

Though the UCCX Clusters show the CPU and other services that are running in those servers it still shows as offline or not contactable in windows client. Web UI doesn't even pull them up.

Hello Devan Arumugam,

The UCCX cluster showing as not contactable could have several potential causes. The collector log (found in the Prognosis\Server\Configuration directory with name irUccxClusterName.log) should have some indication of why Prognosis is marking the cluster as not contactable.

If the information in the collector log is not able to help resolve this issue, please open a support case.
