Cisco Telepresence central is showing is unlicenced in my prognosis . Recently i have upgraded to 11.4 version. Can any one tell why it is showing unlicenced. we purchaced all the licences from IR. How can we resolve this?

Hello Phani,
For an issue such as this I think it would be best to log a case with the IRFAX attached so we can confirm whether you are license for Cisco Telepresence, the required license code for that prduct is CTS. You can send me an email once you have logged the case and I can grab it.
