My customer is moving to a Cisco deployment(currently Avaya) and we are talking about monitoring at the moment and what toolset we have currently to look at UC performance.
I was referred to a white paper from Cisco that suggest that Jabber does not support MOS and Cisco is now using a diferent
value to measure call quality(SCSR) - is this supported by prognosis?

Prognosis uses MOS score, SCSR is not supported yet. The following post provides additional information about Jabber endpoints:
