Cisco Express not displaying all data and/or error: “DATA SOURCE NOT AVAILABLE ….CXRSUM”

Description:
Data will not load into the and the Network Overview / Devices displays will stay blank yet you will get some data like All AlertsVoiceports.

Symptoms:
Error received was when you first loaded the main display “DATA SOURCE NOT AVAILABLE ….CXRSUM”

Solution:
In order to monitor Cisco Express, you need to have BOTH collectors running. IRCXCOL is the main Cisco Express collector but the IRCXSCOL is that Pace collector that supplies the Summary record.

Edit the ‘PROGNOSIS Configuration’ and locate the SET RUN statements for these two processes and ensure they are set with ‘Y’.
I.e.
SET RUN ( IRCXCOL.EXE, Y )
SET RUN ( IRCXSCOL.EXE, Y )

Also if you miss data, make sure the priviledge level of the SSH user is correct as it needs to be Level 15.
