Hi,
Attempting to document by what method several of the Cisco Call Manager records we utilize for monitoring and alerting out of Prognosis are collected. This helps us to get a better understanding of how and how often the data is collected. Unfortunately, this is not available in any of the Prognosis documentation for the most part as most of the records simply reference “the record is available from Cisco cluster nodes”. Is it possible to provide how the below Prognosis record are collected? Not looking for specific OIDs, queries, etc., but rather just by what method (SNMP poll, SQL query, perfmon query, etc.):
CallManagerApplianceService
CallManagerApplianceCallManagerPerformanceStatus
CallManagerApplianceProcess
CallManagerApplianceProcessor
CallManagerApplianceReplicationStatus
CallManagerApplianceCallManagerSummaryStatus1
IpTelephonyGenericRecord
Adding this information to vendor documentation in the future across all vendor records would be extremely useful.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info. This definitely helps!
