Cisco Attendant Console Advanced monitoring

Hello,

Is Prognosis is able to monitor a Cisco Attendant Console Advanced ( CUACA ) and if yes how to do it. I did not found anything in the Prognosis Help about CUACA.

Hello Alain,

Prognosis has a Custom Solution that can monitor Windows servers via WMI and another that uses SNMP. I've used the WMI solution to monitor CUAC-A servers. To alert specifically for CUAC-A application failures, Threshold Conditions were set to alert if the CTSS or PresenceServer process is not present.
