Channel Used values from Cisco Gateways

Hi everyone.

We're having some troubles getting values from Cisco Gateway Device Utilization view, the register Channel Used is always reporting 0 value for PRI and CAS channels.

We need to track this issue, we already configured a database collector to catch this value with no success.

Does any body has any idea or documented issue?

Thank you for posting.
A couple of thing to validate before I can give you a definite answer on this behavior.
What version of Prognosis and what version of CUCM are you running ?
And what type of Gateways do you have ? (SIP ?)

Hi Daniel,

additionally to Annie's question, can you tell if the gateways is configured with "encapsulation ppp"?
I recall a bug that was seen in these.
