Prognosis Server 12.1 has the ability to monitor certificates on both Cisco Contact Center Enterprise and Express.

There is a fix in patch 8 for Prognosis 11.9 for UCCX certificates not being collected.
First, make sure patch 8 for Prognosis 11.9 is installed on both Managing and Monitoring Nodes. If the patch is already installed or adding the patch does not help, please open a support case for investigation into this server's specific issue.

A small query related to this issue.
We have Prognosis version 11.9 in one client but when we opened the UCCX page in prognosis page it was showing an
option "Certificates" but no certificate data is showing.
what could be the reason for this as 11.9 does not support UCCX certificate monitoring.
