Cannot add Cisco CUCM, IM&P into Prognosis 12.0 from a Monitoring Server

Since I would deploy for a single vendor only, I have install Monitoring Server only together with Web Application on the same Windows server.

I have successfully added Expressway, but I have expereinced the warning below for adding CUCM and IM&P.

"You are not a monitoring node."

Hi Tony,

For this issue please log a support case with the screenshot showing the error in web application as well as an irfax from the monitoring server, our support team will analyze and investigate the problem.

Thanks for reply. I have re-deployed the Monitoring and Web Application again on a new Windows Server. No issue was found after updating CUCM configuration.
