Re: Can I have 1 view of participant streams with poor audio or poor video in MSTeams on the Cloud platform?

Yes! There is a way to create a single view of participant streams with poor audio or poor video in MSTeams on the Cloud platform using the new filtering that introduces  'OR'ing of 2 (or more) filter groups.

Here's a short video on how to do that.

<script type="text/javascript" async src="https://play.vidyard.com/embed/v4.js"></script>

Steps in the video are:

1. Create a view with data source of the Microsoft Teams - Streams Participant

2. Add Filter Group of psr classification of Poor + Modality of Audio,

3. Click [ OR ] and add a Filter Group of psr classification of Poor + Modality of Video

4. Apply additional filter to just one filter such as to the Audio filter add Max Packet Loss Rate greater than 50%.

5. Tidy up to just the Fields

6. Choose to lock or unlock filter elements so that they can be adjusted or not in the saved view. In this example unlock the Max Packet Loss Rate.
