Can CRA identify when a recording fails and captures part of a conversation?

A common failure scenario we see is when a recording fails but captures part of a conversation only. Can CRA capture such a failure and alert this type of error where a recording contains just some of the whole call?

Good question. Considering this online Help article, Does the meta data from the Data Warehouse indicate that only a partial recording was made? Or is the file on disk is still open – well after the recording end time reported in the meta data?

Hi Dave

Media Integrity(MI) is the solution that downloads the recording and analyses it.

There is a check for human speech, and too much silence. If there Is no speech detected or if there is too much silence the recording will be flagged.  The silence check might alert on sigle sided recordings....

The current product CRA/MI will not cover this use-case. A feature like this will require an RFE. If this is important you should contact product managment through your account manager.

This is something that is possible, have a look at this blog post by our research scientist
