Call manager removed and added back

Hello IR Team,

I appreciate your valuable responses .

I have a quick question , if I remove the callmanager cluster in prognosis due to some reason and again added back .what is impact ?

1.Can we pull the reports for the last month?
2.Any loss of data?

Hi Phani,

 

removing the cluster will delete all related databases so you would lose the previous data (and subsequent reporting). What is the reasoning behind wanting to remove and re-add the cluster?

I would recommend engaging our support team if you are having any issues with the cluster monitoring.
