Hi  Christophe,

WebUI Server Availability Report is based on AVMON records generated from threshold 'cmaServerAlerts', conditions 'CmaServerDown' or 'CmaCallsRejected' respectively.

If this threshold is not started, you can start it from WebUI / Administration page, under the CUCM cluster, tick "Start standard databases and thresholds". then click Update.

You can find more details in Online Help:

Home > Prognosis for Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Communications Manager > Thresholds and Alerts

Thank you Linda,

Well, your links do not work but I suppose youa re speaking about https://help.prognosis.com/prognosis/116/threshold-cmadevicealerts-13601976.html

About he webui, perhaps I am looking wrong, but this interface gives me nothing. Is there a way to start that DB from the 80's style application ?

Hi Christophe,

Yes, you're on correct place. The threshold name is "cmaServerAlerts" and you can find its details under https://help.prognosis.com/prognosis/116/threshold-cmaserveralert-13601992.html.

These are pre-packaged threshold for CUCM fyi:

https://help.prognosis.com/prognosis/116/thresholds-and-alerts-for-cisco-unified-communications-mana...

You can start this threhsold from web application administration page.

Log on to Web application, click on Admin on the fight hand top to go to the Administration page.

Scroll down to the "Thresholds" section and click on "Start New". Select "cmsServerAlert from the pop-up window, and click start.
