CDR receiver Path for a single non-clustered Cisco Meeting Server

According to the online guide, the path of CDR Receiver path would be as follow:

http(s)://<prognosis-server-ip-address>:<port-number>/<cms-cluster-name>/<cms-server-name>

https://help.prognosis.com/server/120/collaborate/cisco-meeting-server/configuration-for-cisco-meeti...

However, for a single CMS, there is no cluster name. Please help to advise the correct CDR Receiver path for single CMS.

Thanks for Support's help.

The CDR receiver path for a single CMS node should be:

http://<IR Prognosis IP>:6000/<CMS Display Name configured in Prognosis>/<CMS name>

Re: CDR receiver Path for a single non-clustered Cisco Meeting Server

Hello @tony_li,

Since there is only 1 Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Prognosis will treat the single server as a CMS cluster with only 1 server.

Adding the CMS to Prognosis will automatically create the CDR directory in Prognosis. The path will be similar to:
\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\SFTP\home\PrognosisCDR\CDRData\CmsClusterName\CmsServerName

The easiest way to know the path needed in the CMS is to:

  1. Add the CMS to Prognosis via the Web UI.
  2. Locate the CMS CDR directory in Prognosis.
  3. Use the CmsClusterName\CmsServerName values found in the \Prognosis\Server\Configuration\SFTP\home\PrognosisCDR\CDRData directory to add the correct path to the CMS.

Thank you,
Scott Baldwin

I found out no folder is created for the CMS under this folder.

Hello @tony_li,

The CDR directory not being created seems unusual. This item will need direct attention from our Support Team. At this point, it would be best to open a Support Case.
