What is the current polling rate for CDR\CMR extraction from CUCM? i.e. how long after a call completes can I expect that call to appear in Prognosis?
What is the smallest amount of time this can be set, without becoming a hinderance to CUCM processes?
Where can we configure threshold to get to minumun time?

There are 2 parts to how long CDR/CMR data takes to show in Prognosis. There is a CUCM setting, and the Prognosis presentation delay.
After call completion, the CDR/CMR files are delivered to Prognosis based on the CUCM settings. The default is to send the CDR/CMR files each minute. This can be set in the CUCM Web UI by:
Note: sometimes a CUCM will delay sending CDR/CMR files for several seconds to a few minutes after the call ends. Cause is unknown, but is controlled by the CUCM.
Once the CDR/CMR files arrive at Prognosis, then Prognosis then needs to process and present the data. Converting the CUCM CDR/CMR data to Prognosis records happens withing a few seconds after receiving the files. The data is then available to a Display, Dashboard and Database Collection within the next minute.
The entire process should only take 2-5 minutes after a call is complete for CDR/CMR data to be present in Prognosis, and saved to a Database Collection. Additional delay in presenting the data can be caused by the type of Display/Dashboard used. The CDR/CMR data in Prognosis is usually presented in Database Replay Displays. These Displays show data in whole 15 minute (or longer) intervals, normalized to the top of the hour. This means CDR data for a call ending at 1:46pm will be part of the 1:45pm to 2:00pm 15 minute interval, and this interval can only be viewed after the interval is complete, or after 2:00pm.
Hi scot ,
In regards to:

Can this be set to 5 minutes, instead of 15? Or is this hardcoded?
The packaged Displays/Dashboards use the 15 minute interval by default. I would not recommend Modifying the Prognosis Windows Client packaged Displays because the Displays are interconnected by Drilldowns, which may cause the Drilldowns to fail or show unexpected data from a Display Drilldown to the new Display.
The Packaged Web UI Dashboards also should not be modified.
An alternate method to view the desired CUCM CDR/CMR would be to use the built in "Quick View" option of the desired Database Collection. This can be done in the Prognosis Windows Client Node Navigator by:
In the screen capture below, the CUCM cluster is named MINEFIELD. Its Database Collection containing CDR data is named 0001MINEFIELD-Calls. (For each CUCM cluster monitored, the cluster name is proceeded by 4 numbers, the cluster name, then -Calls).
The Display Control Bar can be used to navigate the Database Collection replay. Use the "minus" button to increase the number of 1 minute intervals shown. Default is 1 interval at a time.
