Bulk Import of 300 cisco voice gateways

Hi all

we have approx 300 Cisco voice Gateways, which needs to be added to Prognosis.

The monitoring should be done via SNMP v2c with the same community name for all.

Is there a way to make a bulk import for the Password and CISCODEV configurations ?

Hi @Steffen_Muessig ,

It is possible to bulk import the CISCODEV configuration by running the ircnfutl update_conf inputfile command, where the inputfile is the static configuration file for CISCODEV which contains all the gateways statements,  and the statement needs to be edited for each gateway. However as the PASSWORD configuration (password entry ie the snmp community string) is encrypted for each gateway, it will need to be entered via webUI or GUI one by one to get encrypted.
