What is required for Prognosis to display agents under an Avaya CM?
We have an Avaya CM configured but the AV-Agents dashboard desperatly stays empty.
Do we need to connect to a specific type of device (Aura Contact Center for instance?)? Do we need a specific license?

The Avaya Agent displays are part of the Avaya Aura Call Center Elite package and does require an additional Prognosis license key.
