Avaya Tracking One x Agent use

Hi,

If I wanted to track OX Agent usage(product ID 'IP_Agent') - what record should I use to track the data so this could be added to a DB?

Thanks

Re: Avaya Tracking One x Agent use

Would it be AvayaIPStationsRegistsredIPStations with Productid = 'agent'

Re: Avaya Tracking One x Agent use

I think I have worked this out now - I now have the data coming into prognosis showing product Id and IP address of connected client.
It also shows a row count - how do I get prognosis to count up all the active rows so it can then count the clients that are active?

Hi Jon,

That is good news that you've got that data displayed. For totals, one way is to enable Totals as in this image below. Does this do the trick? Let us know.

Re: Avaya Tracking One x Agent use

Looking bettr now Gerald - thanks.

Next issue, is that it dosnt apear to be plotting the counts- my sample rate is collecting the data every minute - my DB has been running since 30/11 and there is data and i can see this in the replay.

However, when I try to amend the presenatation as a graph, I don't see it mapping the data out in a bar or line.

I want to see it track the totals, per minute so I can see how many OX Agents are signed on throughout the day and to collect/observe peaks. I feel like I am nearly there but the data is not being represented correctly.

Any further ideas please? Thanks for your help so far !

Re: Avaya Tracking One x Agent use

Try using a combine on the ProductID field and then make the CombineRowCount field visible to plot on the graph view?
