My Avaya PBX display is not populating the SAT availability or the CM Servers fields in the thick client and on the web interface. What is the reasoning behind this?
Prognosis uses “AV-Alerts” threshold to obtain and display SAT Availability status.
Can you confirm if the threshold is running on monitoring node? If it is not running, please start it from the monitoring node:

GM;
The Avaya-Alert Threshold is and has been running all along. I get quite a few emails from it each day. Also, the CM Servers entry is also blank too. See attached screenshot.
Since the threshhold is running - What else makes this field show 000?
Hi Cedric,
>SAT Availability
That looks like a malfunction in your screenshot capture. SAT Connection and metrics look fine so SAT Availability should not be 0.00%. SAT Availability is intended to show the up/down availability of the SAT connection that the Prognosis monitoring server has with the PBX CM. Can you try the trick you did last time/late last year to see if that fixes it? And make sure to submit a new support case for further investigation.
>CM Servers
Is a separate issue. It is the data retrieved from the SAT connection. Try click on it to show more info. Also, if you click the "SAT Connections 3" link at the top, then, click "Commands" link to see what SAT commands are retrieving that info.

Hello Gerald;
Thanks for the prompting to try that trick. It did do the trick. I just wish that the display would work as expected. What makes it go down? As for the CM Servers being blank,any ideas?
