Avaya MOS values for voice quality ?

Hi all

could someone please explain which MOS value is for a good/fair/poor/unacceptable call in Avaya for Codec G.711 used.

higher 3.9 good ?

higher 3.6 fair ?

The same would be interesting for Latency /Jitter an packet Loss. When is a call degraded ?

If its for Avaya RTCP, then the RTCP_MONITOR static conf contains the entries:

Hello Steffen; This comes form the Configuration File RTCP_Monitor.CFG file - Here's the default values below - Anything less than 4.0 is Fair - 3.5 or less, poor, Etc.
