We received following alerts in prognosis, Can someone explain?
Avaya_Alert: Call Processing exceeds 60 % on \AVAYACM

Prognosis monitors the CPU usage of the Avaya Communication Manager. This alert means the Avaya Communication Manager CPU usage was at or above 60% for at least 1 checked interval. The alert may have shown the actual CPU usage percentage.
Use ASA to verify the CPU usage on the Avaya Communication Manager. This can be done with SAT command 'status health'. If the CPU usage is back to normal, then the CPU usage was likely transient and can be ignored unless it returns with noticeable frequency.
