Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services Reports

Hi, 

We are using Prognosis 11.4, I see there are no out the box reports for the Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services (AES) servers? Is this correct? Also nothing mentioned in the online documentation

Hi Justin,

Yes that is correct. It comes under Prognosis for Contact Center and there are no Reports for that. It is the same in the current version Prognosis 11.6 as well. Prognosis provides realtime displays and alerting for the AES.

Are there particular kinds of reports you might like to see in a future release that would be useful in your environment?

Thanks for the response, we would like to be able to report on an AES Server Utilization , RAM, Disk Utilization, even NIC utilization if possible
