AudioCodes Gateways Configuration

We had the custom solution in place for Prognosis 10.51. Now that we have upgraded to Prognosis 11.2, can the old "AudioCodes Gateways" folder under "My Displays & Configurations be removed?

Also, can the new folder under "Knowledge/IP Telephony Management/AudioCodes Gateways" be copied to the top to make it more easily accessible?

Hi Kevin,

Yes, that older folder can be removed from My Displays & Configurations. Although you can copy the new folder to the same location, be careful. Any patches or dot released that enhance the displays etc, will only do it to the ones in the default location.

Hi kevin,
Before an upgrade I like to copy the entire Prognosis folder. After the upgrade I can refer if something missing.
