Re: As a service provider I want to add a user into one Customer in UC Assessor

Here's a short video on how to add a user into one Customer in UC Assessor.

Steps in this video:

1. uca.prognosis.com in the web borwser
2. Login: email address
3. Switch tenant if necessary if you're in multiple.

4. CLick "< Customer" if necessary to go back to the Service Provider level.

5. Select the Customer that the user should be added into;

6. Account, Users, New User.
7. Role selection: Administrator, Operator, or Read-only Operator
8. * The added User will receive an email from Prognosis that they need to respond to to finalise theor access into UCA assessor.
*There is no limit as to how many users can be added. Licensing does not impose any limit on numbers of users in UC Assessor.
