Adding Expressway devices

What should be selected for adding Cisco Expressway (C) Devices under 'Add Unified Communication Montioring'. I don't see an option for Cisco Expressway. The version I am tyring on is 11.9.0. Please help.

Hi @Deepan,

Expressway types "C" and Type "E" are both added to Prognosis Server as simply an Expressway server.

I dont see such an option, where it states 'Expressway', when I log in to the Web UI for the montioring node. I see other options like CUCM and Emergency responders etc..

Hi @Deepan,

Adding Expressway servers to Prognosis monitoring requires License Code CEW. Please check the Prognosis Platform \Prognosis\Server\Configuration\license file to see if the CEW License Code is present.

If the CEW License Code is present, then the following pages should be available in the Prognosis Administration Web UI:

If your Prognosis platform Web UI does not match the screen captures above, then please open a Support case for additional troubleshooting specific to the environment.
