AVAYA AURA CONTACT CENTER SNMP TRAPS

Hi Guys,

I have setup the AACC configuration as per Prognosis documents. I use it as a standard for implementation.
I am able to see the server status and any real-time information (agent, scripts) when drilling down into the AACC server.

But I can not see any trap snmp.
When using a sniffer, I see the data packets but the prognosis does not provide the information on the screen.

They have received a similar problem?

Note: udp port is the default, is 162. And i'm monitoring the same monitoring node, a PBX Nortel CS1000 and a Avaya Experience Portal.

Thanks

Rafael

Re: AVAYA AURA CONTACT CENTER SNMP TRAPS

Hi Raf

It sounds like Prognosis is receiving SNMP traps from both CS1000 and AACC on same SNMP traps-in UDP port 162 that might be confusing it.

Try setting a different port for the SNMP Traps in from AACC. You should be able to change the destination port set on the AACC server. And then, to change it in the Prognosis configuration, use the Manual Steps section in this Help article.

Product Guides > Prognosis for Contact Center > Avaya Aura Experience Portal (AEP) > Configuration > Prognosis Server Configuration
